Omega Drilling held our 2nd drilling demo for our clients in May of 2022 and by all accounts, it was even better than the first one!

A group of almost 80 environmental and geotechnical consultants made the trip out to our yard in Maple Ridge BC to gain knowledge on utility clearance (from our friends at GeoScan), traffic control, utility daylighting, drilling & sampling techniques and safety around the rigs. We even had RST Instruments set up a booth and talk about different applications for their many geotechnical instruments!

Omega is committed to providing experienced operators and this was evident with the engagement of our drillers and helpers alike during the many well thought out questions being asked throughout the day by consultants. We consider every project we do as a joint effort between us and our clients and are happy to share our knowledge whenever we can.

We would like to thank the many clients who took the time out of their busy schedules to attend our Drilling Demo. The turnout was better than expected, the food was fantastic, and the weather even co-operated!
